We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Most custom canvases and frames take 3-5 business days to be made and delivered to you. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!

Most photos work great, but for the best quality, we recommend high-resolution images. If you’re unsure, send it to us, and we’ll check before printing!

We accept .png, .jpg, and .heic files. If your image is in a different format, reach out to us at hello@craftedframe.com, and we’ll see how we can help!

All our frames and canvases come ready to hang! We include hanging hardware, so all you need is a nail or hook to display it!
