These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all payment transactions made through the CraftedFrame website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and receipt. This confirmation serves as your proof of purchase. Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed.

All prices are listed in your local currency and include the product price. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, and payment details. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if billing information cannot be verified.

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of your account and ability to make future purchases.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@craftedframe.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.
CraftedFrame does not offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time transactions. You will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
We reserve the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
